Discover Rapa Nui Adventure’s director, Nano Haoa, took Moe Varua’s magazine new photographer and designer along a 5 and 1/2 hour trek through the northern coastline of Rapa Nui: Hanga O Teo. They discovered plenty of archeological sites: caves, platforms, toppled moai, mana vai among beautiful views which will serve as material for upcoming articles of the magazine.

Escaping from the Santiago heat, Ada and Italo visited us last February, fully enjoying the island and the Tapati Rapa Nui.

Last April Discover Rapa Nui Adventure recieved Werner and Maria Eisner, from Austria. After showing them great part of Rapa Nui, because of their great sense of adventure, friendliness, sympathy and humor, we are happy to call them our friends!!!

Nano Haoa, director of Discover Rapa Nui Adventure with the Gomez family from Spain at the Vai Moana hotel lobby before starting their tour of the island.

Discover’s chief guide, Nicolas Urcelay took Teresa Gibbons, Director of Travel Dynamics International (Ship Cruising Co.) and Carolina Botto, Cocha’s Cruise Land Tours Division Assitant Manager on a 4 day tours of the island this past April.

Every tour must end in a music and dance show in town. What better than the Matato’a dinner and dance show where the evening beggings with a delicious Rapa Nui Umu and ends with a fascinating dance show.

Last April Nano Haoa, director of Discover Rapa Nui Adventure along with Carlos Cueto, paraglidding expert from Santiago, flew the Rapa Nui skies, paraglidding off Rano Kau’s ledge to the Pacific Ocean and over the beautiful Anakena Beach. They became the first Rapanui/Chilean duo to fly in Easter Island.
