OTEA TOUR ( SUNRISE TOUR)

The sunrise tour consists of appreciating the spectacular Rapa Nui sunrise in the island’s east side, place where  the majority of moais are located. At Ahu Tongariki, the biggest restored ahu of the island, you will await the sunrise to participate in a beautiful experience when you will see the sun rise from the ocean behind the fifteen moais. This is truly an unforgettable experience.

You can choose from an early departure from town to catch the sunrise  at Tongariki or you can stay the night at a nearby cavern to experience the way the ancient Rapanui awoke to see the breathtaking view of the sun rising before their own eyes.
