Reservations and Payments :

To make a reservation you must pay 50% of the total tour value at least 1 month before the trip.

The other 50% must be paid on the day of your arrival to Rapa Nui.


Cancellations, Suspensions and Devolutions:

In case of not participating, the client may request refunds according to the date of the notice:

a) Between 60 to 30 days previous the departure of the trip, he will be refunded the 60% of the deposit or be given an equivalent bonus towards a future trip.

b) 30 days or less before starting the trip, 25% of the deposit will be refunded or will be given an equivalent bonus towards a future trip.

If DISCOVER RAPA NUI ADVENTURE has to cancel a trip, 100% of the deposit will be refunded to the client.

The trip may undergo delays or modifications due to forces beyond our control: weather conditions, fires etc.

In case of cancellation due to mayor forces like : natural and/or environmental disasters,  war, terrorism or suspension or modification of means of transportation, DISCOVER RAPA NUI ADVENTURE will refund 80% of the deposit. The remaining 20% will correspond to administration and reservation expenses.

Insurances:

DISCOVER RAPA NUI ADVENTURE does not include insurances in case of accidents, but recommends getting one before departing on your trip.

Responsibility:

The client is responsible for carrying the suitable equipment according to Discover Rapa Nui Adventure’s suggestions and will be responsible in choosing the tours according to his/her physical condition and experience.
