To reserve services with Discover Rapa Nui Adventure you must fully agree to our terms and conditions:

Reservation Policy

To make a reservation you must pay 50% (non refundable) of the total service value at least 1 month before the event.

The 50% remainder must be paid 10 days before your arrival to Rapa Nui.

Payment Forms

International payments must be done via:

Western Union or Bank Transfer

Sorry, we do not take credit cards.

Prices are subject to change based on availability and currency change.

Cancellations & Refunds

In case of impossibility to participate, the client can request a refund depending on the notice period:

  • If it is between 29 to 10 days prior to the due date, 25% will be refunded or credited for a future date.

  • If it is less than 10 days before the due date, there will be no refund but will be able to reprogram the trip for a future date.

  • If Discover Rapa Nui Adventure suspends the trip for internal reasons, 100% will be refunded or credited for a future date.

  • Programs may suffer modifications due to mayor events such as: extreme climate conditions, fires, etc.

  • In case of program cancellations due to mayor force conditions such as natural disasters, war, terrorism or strikes, Discover Rapa Nui Adventure will refund only 70% of the total deposit, with holding the 30% remainder for administrative and reservation service reasons.

Insurance

Discover Rapa Nui Adventure does NOT include insurance in case of accidents and recommends you have one.

Responsibility

Clients are responsible of taking all gear and equipment recommended by Discover Rapa Nui Adventure and of choosing a program suitable to their experience and physical capacities.

Clients must fill and sign a release form indicating health problems and taking full responsibility of all possible risks the activities might have.
